How much does it cost?
Please Note:
- A Concession Fare applies to seniors 60 years of age and over, to full-time students and to unaccompanied children.
- An Infant Fare applies to children up to and including 3 years of age, and includes the use of a safety capsule or booster seat.
- A Child Fare applies to children of ages 4 to (and including) 15 years of age.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
To avoid cancellation fees you may cancel your booking (in most cases) up to two hours prior to your time of travel and leave it in credit as an Open Dated Return to be used within 12 months. This does not apply if you are being picked up out of town and the driver has already commenced duties to pick you up.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- No refund is available for cancellations within 2 hours of pick up time or failing to board.
- If less than 24 hours notice is given, but more than 2 hours notice, cancellation fees are 50% of the fare
- Cancellation fees are waived where passengers do not travel because of a delayed flight where our last service has departed from the airport for the day
- A refund is available for cancellations if at least 24 hours notice is given. Fees apply as follows:
- If cancelling the whole booking the fees are $9.00 per person per travel event to a maximum of $36.00 per booking
- If cancelling only part of the booking the fees are $6.00 per person per travel event to a maximum of $24.00 per booking
