DO I NEED TO BOOK THE AIRPORT FLYER?

Yes, The Airport Flyer is a pre-booked and pre-paid service. To book online or over the phone, you will need a credit card. Alternatively, if you wish to pay cash, you can go to your local travel agent or come into our office. Please ring the office for more payment options.

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE IS ALLOWED?

One suitcase per person is included in the fare (or two smaller equivalent sized bags), in addition to carry-on luggage. Any extra luggage or bulky items (golf clubs etc.) is an extra $15.00 per item. No single item should exceed 23 kg. View our full luggage policy.

DO YOU SUPPLY CHILD RESTRAINTS AND BOOSTER SEATS?

Yes, we do supply child restraints and booster seats at no additional charge. Alternatively you may wish to bring your own. Please notify us what you require when you book.

DO YOU CARRY ANIMALS AND FREIGHT?

We specialise in the transfer of freight – parcels, luggage. Our trailers are vented, carpeted, and waterproof. Our driver will pick up your freight from your required address and deliver it to the appropriate freight terminal at Brisbane Airport (or vice versa).

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON’T TRAVEL?

We understand that unexpected events can take place and that plans can change. In most cases you can claim a refund or convert your ticket to an Open Dated Return.View our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

HOW CLOSE TO TRAVEL CAN I BOOK ONLINE?

You can book up to 12 hours prior to the service leaving Toowoomba. For returning services from Brisbane airport, add another 3 hours.
